Laura worked with our schedule to quickly help us to quickly narrow down the choices to find our 2nd home in the Phoenix area. She gave us good advice on the pluses and minuses on the homes we visited and helped us with the final negotiation and closing. She has a good group of contacts in the area, which is very helpful for both buyers and sellers. Her energy is amazing and she was always very quick to reply to any questions we had. We now understand what it is like to work with a top real estate professional! Laura was knowledgeable about the Scottsdale and surrounding markets which we expected, but what set her apart is that she was well versed in all of the systems and materials throughout the houses we toured. Laura catered to our schedules and needs. She was able to pivot when we changed our minds about what we were looking for in a community and home. She coordinated as many as 10 home tours in a single day and she was able to do that without making the day feel rushed or overwhelming. Laura was always timely and professional with her communication and responses. She was able to effectively negotiate an amicable resolution during the contract and inspection process. We felt like we were her only client and we knew that was not the case. She pays attention to the little details! Should we find ourselves in the market for another property, we will most certainly reach out to Laura, and we will highly recommend her to friends, family and anyone seeking to purchase or sell a property in the Scottsdale area.

We have bought over 10 properties in different areas of the country and when we chose Laura as our agent, we knew she was/is an expert and the best agent in real estate. Laura knows the market, keeps an eye on the trends and understands the economy and its affect on real estate. When having a conversation with her, it is evident she has years of studying the real estate market, for she has an extensive knowledge of what is going on in the market and why. When we were ready to sell our property, Laura made sure the timing and conditions were right to get the most out of our home. She took the time and spared no expenses to create the best videos of our property and the surrounding property amenities. Laura's communication skills are excellent. She happily answers her phone and calls back promptly. She has energy and a positive "can do" attitude. When we needed handymen and or contractors to fix problems on our property, Laura had qualified and trustworthy people to call. She was fantastic about following up with the contractors to make sure everything was done in the time allotment. Because of her experience and knowledge of the real estate market Laura is a master negotiator. We were very happy with how she negotiated and communicated with other realtors on our behalf. Upon looking for a realtor in Phoenix to purchase a home for the winter months, we found a gem with 5 Star Property. We couldn't have had a better realtor than Laura Pentecost. Her proficient organization skills narrowed down our home choices and areas that best suited our needs in a week's time. Working with Laura on selling our home in Phoenix was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Laura truly delivered 5 star service from beginning to end. She was responsive, proactive, and offered amazing advice along the way from initial listing, marketing, pricing, negotiation, inspection, getting work done post-inspection, to closing. We sold the home over asking-price, and closed the home in approx 35 days (from the first day we contacted her). On top of that, we currently live out of state- Laura was our boots on the ground. I can't express how happy we were with her service. There are a lot of agents on the market. Laura is one of the best in Phoenix. You won't be be disappointed.

Laura was terrific from start to finish! She came prepared to our first meeting, listened to our needs and returned with a complete plan. Her pricing was well researched and her recommendations for improvements and staging definitely paid off. On top of that, she is very handy and handled MANY of the improvements for us! The house sold for full price in 3 days and we believe it was the staging and improvements along with her pricing strategy and negotiation skills that did it. She is very efficient and pleasant to work with and we were very happy we chose to hire Laura as our agent. We Highly recommend her.

She was amazing and easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for and found us exactly what we described. We are from Illinois so this was all done virtually! My husband and I trusted her and she was our eyes in Arizona! She went above and beyond to make sure we were all set prior to closing. She looked out for our best interest through the whole process. She made it where I was not at all nervous buying a home without even seeing it. I highly recommend her. She made us feel like we were family.

We highly recommend Laura Pentecost to help you find your next home. We were looking for a condo in Scottsdale and met Laura. Immediately, she asked us many questions in relations to our likes and dislikes. The next day we had a list of Condos that Laura recommended for us to view. That day, we saw approximately 8 condos! The following day, Laura had another 8+. This day, after we viewed the first one, we knew this was the condo we wanted to purchase.However, Laura wanted to show us the rest. She could have said okay that’s it and have the rest of the day for herself. This action speaks volumes! We were in a hurry to move in—Laura made it possible that we had the keys to our second home. She went above and beyond our expectation.

Laura is amazing realtor, her approach is what sets her far apart from her competitors. She has a unique ability to focus on so many details while always being mindful of what's most important to you. In 2009 in a very difficult market, she was able to sell my condo in Chicago after only a few showings...for a profit none the less. When I turned my focus on my next purchase, she took the time to really identify exactly what I was looking for, she really made it a team effort. When we found the perfect loft I was looking for, we both shared similar ideas of some areas to make my new home amazing. I knew it would take a some work, but once again Laura came through with some referrals to contractors to make my new place perfect. Even after the purchase was complete, she still checked on my contractors to make sure all the work was getting complete to my satisfaction. Talk about a true partner through a lengthy process, Laura was simply the best. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a real estate professional who is clearly at the top of their game.

You need to use this realtor. She is a fantastic negotiator and will fight to get you what she knows is the proper deal. There are a million positive ways to describe her, but what comes to mind immediately is Hard Working, Persistent, Consistent, and has a sense of urgency. She will have your back when you need it most. I have used her for many deals and these traits have saved me money (When Buying) and made me money (When Selling).

I had the pleasure of working with Laura Pentecost last year, with buying and selling a few investment properties. Laura is very knowledgeable with the market and because she is an investor herself, understands what I am looking for in terms of a return on my money and short term and long term investments. I used Laura Pentecost to sell a family member's home that we needed to relocate to a Senior Care facility. Laura was the ultimate professional and excersized incredible sensitivity with my family and was able to procure a buyer within a very short period in a relatively tough market. Not only did she sell the property, but she went above and beyond in communicating to all parties in a timely manner about the negotiations but also went out of her way to make sure a relatively stressful situation was handled seamlessly. Laura helped me find my first condo. As a first time home buyer I was intimidated by the whole process but she made everything very easy. I gave her a set of parameters and she quickly showed me all the properties that fit the bill, but what I ended up with an amazing condo that I never would have considered had she not thought outside the box. Laura even gave me some great ideas for remodeling and decorating my new condo since I was also inexperienced in this field. In addition to her great Realtor skills, she has a great sense of style and design. Next time I’m in the market for a new home, Laura will be my agent!

I was a member of Laura's graduate program; she was so attentive and thoughtful when I was a young, broke, rookie client of her company Simply Roommates, I wouldn't have worked with anyone else to buy my first place. She helped me scour every building in the neighborhood I wanted until we found the perfect place.
